Primary fermentation was arrested at 12.75 Brix by fortifying with Brandy distilled in-house from Cabernet Sauvignon.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n On December 5, 2018, it was barreled and aged until August 15, 2020. Bottling took place August 27, 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n A ruby-Port style dessert wine, Immortal Ruby is a berry sensation, bursting with cherry, plum, blackberry and blueberry aromas and flavors, in a full-bodied palate pleaser. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This decadent elixir could accompany dessert or steal the show as the main event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Immortal Ruby pairs beautifully with vanilla ice cream and gingersnaps, cheesecake, pumpkin pie or anything chocolate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n For the adventurous bakers, replace the water in a brownie recipe with Immortal Ruby, then drizzle it over the top before serving.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Immortal Ruby is ready to enjoy now and can age for up to 20 years.
