Cellaring and small adjustments were made until bottling took place on May 27th, 2021 in which 254 cases were produced.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Gold Medal, Score of 92 This hand-crafted 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon introduces itself with flavors of raspberry, currant, and black cherry, followed with notes of toasted almond and vanilla.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It fills your palate with smooth integrated oak flavors followed by a robust lingering finish.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Smooth tannins invite pairings with rib-eye steak, lasagna, or a Chef\u2019s or Cobb salad.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Cabernet from Red Mountain is amongst the finest in Washington and only improves with time.
