Cellaring and small adjustments were made until bottling took place on September 21st, 2021 in which 252 cases were produced.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Gold Medal, Score of 92 This 2018 Red Blend contains 52% Merlot and 48% Cabernet Sauvignon and blasts your palate with full berry flavors of cranberry, cherry and blackberry, finishing with dry flavors of clove spices and a touch of mint.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The structure highlights the warm vintage, showing off balanced tannins and purity of fruit. To enjoy the full experience, allow plenty of time to breathe or decant prior to enjoying. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n This food-friendly wine pairs easily and would be an easy-drinker throughout a meal, showing off with charcuterie, pasta with red sauce, or a pork chop with cherry glaze.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n The warm 2018 vintage produced perfectly ripe fruit with strong structure, allowing maximum flexibility in aging.
